It was a beautiful hot April day. Standing before us was a huge lorry filled with THREE THOUSAND SQUIDARELLAS. It was time to roll up our sleeves!! We cracked on with the task in hand and hoisted 59 umbrella filled boxes up a flight of stairs, meanwhile discovering muscles we never knew existed. Was great to see our stockroom replenished again with our New York and London skylines and our Bird Squits. Arms were a little sore the next day though!

We won the nationwide competition “Work It” run by Mango and Stylist magazine which focused on being stylish in the workplace! We were treated by a fabulous team of women, including a stylist, photographer and two Mango associates eager to get us to try on clothes while sipping champayne!

It was all very glamorous (I imagine it’s similar to a celebrity’s Saturday shopping trip on King’s Road) and we picked up some quality tips on keeping up with fashion in the office.

Word for the wise… nude tights are a definate no‐no!!
